Return and Store Credit Policy
The house does not provide refunds. We offer store credits that can be used for future purchases or exchanges.
Return Policy: Customers must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item to initiate a return for a credit.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event of receiving damaged goods or the incorrect size/item received, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then provide pre-paid labels for the return of the parcel and arrange a replacement if possible. Please provide your order number and the name associated with the order when contacting us.
Size or Style Exchanges: Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size or style due to personal preference may do so within 15 days of receiving the original item. Shipping costs associated with sending the return item and shipping the new item are the customer's responsibility. To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of the desired exchange.
